Role Overview
Northbrook College is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join our dynamic Automotive team. Based at our unique Shoreham Airport campus, you’ll deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport courses, inspiring real‑world learning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport courses.
* Guide students through fundamentals from engine systems and diagnostics to motorsport performance.
* Teach Motor Vehicle Maintenance qualifications, providing learners with technical skills, confidence, and industry insight.
* Bridge the gap between industry and education with your real‑world experience.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum and assessment materials.
* Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the college’s teaching community.
* Work flexible hours – full‑time or part‑time – as agreed upon.
Qualifications
* Relevant Level 3 automotive qualification.
* Relevant industry or subject experience.
* Willingness to develop into teaching, with pathway support for industry professionals.

* Competitive salary: £27,785 – £43,325 per annum, plus a £3,000 retention payment after successful probation.
