Senior Sous Chef - Hunstrete, Bristol Hours: 40 hours per week, plus paid overtime. Salary: OTE Equivalent of £49,000 per annum including tronc based on 48 hours per week. You will assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering, kitchen admin and rotas. We're seeking a Senior Sous with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. Our Sous' can experience what we offer at more than one of our properties, as well as stepping up into a Head chef role in the future. Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential. Previous experience managing a large team and working with a regularly changing menu is necessary.
