Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and junior staff.
* Review job progress and report to project managers regularly.
* Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
* Assist with training and development of electrical team members.
* Conduct inspections and quality checks to guarantee project specifications are met.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
* Valid driving license.
