As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our In Real Life Experience (IRLX) programme improving both customer and crew experiences across our 1,600+ restaurants. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of reinvestment construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion, with a strong emphasis on people management and franchisee relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee multiple construction projects, acting as a trusted advisor (approx. 70% construction counsellor, 30% technical focus)
* Manage the full lifecycle of IRLX reinvestment projects in existing restaurants
* Engage and coordinate with franchisees, crew, designers, contractors, and corporate teams (IT, Finance, QS, Principle Designers)
* Supervise all aspects of detailed design and challenge project costs to ensure best value
* Monitor project programmes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations and McDonald’s standards
* Obtain financial approvals, report on project expenditure, and manage expectations with franchisees
* Conduct site inspections and support the engagement of Principle Designers for CDM & BSA compliance
* Champion clear, open, and consistent communication across all stakeholders
