You will deliver premium digital content from our signature ‘Rolex Series’ events, including the long-form ‘Unfiltered’ strand and a range of original short-form digital features. You will also play a key role in our broadcast output, supporting our producers to deliver highlight programming across both the DP World Tour and HotelPlanner Tour. There will also be opportunity to contribute to our Original, Branded Content, and Ryder Cup output. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities To be involved in all aspects of production including research, creative development, producing and directing shoots, self-shooting where required, editing and post-production Take ownership of our premium tournament content strands, Rolex Uplift content and ‘Unfiltered’, ensuring the end-to-end processes are aligned with client objectives Provide editorial and operational support for producers, contributing significantly to our suite of broadcast output Where appropriate, contribute to other areas of non-live content production, notably Original & Branded and Ryder Cup Productions projects Demonstrate the highest standards of production, showing creative flair, technical expertise and strong editorial judgment Support the management of production budgets and schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the standards demanded by IMG and its clients Respond to feedback from producers, senior producers and clients, setting a high bar for creativity, innovation and execution Provide feedback and direction for more junior production staff to help ensure quality and consistency across all output Organise and collaborate with production staff and freelancers to maximise efficiencies across projects Manage and meet client expectations throughout the creative and production process Manage multiple projects at once Build an environment that champions accountability, diligence and accuracy Support the DE&I initiatives across ETP and IMG Knowledge and Experience Proven experience in producing, directing, editing, and post-producing video content to a high standard, in the UK and internationally A strong understanding and proven experience working in digital or broadcast content Deep and up-to-date subject knowledge, allowing for informed and well-researched interview skills and to determine key narratives as they develop Proven self-shooting and self-editing experience Excellent ability to craft narratives and write scripts for both long and short-form content Experience leading post-production workflows with strong editorial judgement and visual flair Experience with leading crews on set and on location Comfortable working with high profile talent (presenters, sports personalities, influencers) Experience in high-pressure, quick-turnaround production environments Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Working Conditions This role is a permanent role This role is based at our office in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be required to attend (and travel to) location shoots, occasionally internationally.
