Basic Salary: £20,000 + On target earnings £50,000 Per AnnumMonday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About the Role – Trainee Sales Advisor
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership – guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover.
You’ll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
* Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
* Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advicePrepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance
* Work toward individual and team targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
* Support vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customer
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, target-driven attitude
* Confidence in using basic office tools
* Full UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years.
