Job Description
* Building knowledge of the business, its products, processes and standard operating procedures
* Assisting with the project startup and initiation phases to help identify and document project objectives and benefits
* Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products
* Designing and recommending improvements to new and existing processes and systems
* Producing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps
* Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements
* Liaising with business SMEs and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet projects objectives and deliver the best user experience
* Raising potential project risks, issues and blockers
* Collaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.)
* Assist with triaging and validating bugs
* Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and project retrospectives, both in products and BA techniques
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 years Previous experience of working within IT project team or similar
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core products
* Knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall) – desirable
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving ability
* Strong attention to detail
* High-level of creativity, adaptability and persistence
* Energetic, passionate and driven
