Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to our Procurement team, maintaining accurate procurement records, managing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services.
The Role:
* Input data and maintain records within the ERP system
* Raise accurate purchase orders in a timely manner
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
* Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier records
* Chase and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery
* Support supplier contract execution and ensure compliance with internal policies
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for the Supply Chain team
* Carry out general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations
