Number of meals served on site: approximately 130 - 140 daily Applicants will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and should preferably have experience of large scale catering. About You Ability to supervise staff to achieve the service objectives Ability to plan and organise the kitchen to its full potential Be able to use their own initiative in the day to day running of the kitchen At least 2 years practical cooking experience in a busy catering environment within the last 3 years.
