Your new role
As a Property Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Property department. Your responsibilities will include managing Helpdesk enquiries, coordinating with contractors, maintaining property records, supporting financial processes, and contributing to data migration projects. You’ll also assist with contract management, health and safety documentation, and internalmunications, all while upholding the organisation’s values and service standards.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
2. Strongmunication skills and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
5. A proactive, team-oriented approach
6. Willingness to undergo a Standard DBS check
7. Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices
8. Experience with finance systems or facilities management (desirable)
