Job Title: Operations Administrator (Asbestos)

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join a well-established asbestos consultancy. The role requires strong administrative competency, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse and fast-moving workload. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development will be provided across asbestos industry procedures, regulatory compliance, and operational best practice.
Key responsibilities:
* Booking and scheduling asbestos surveys and analytical works.
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
* Making outbound calls to confirm appointments and update clients.
* Managing the company fleet, including maintenance scheduling, mileage logs, MOTs/servicing, and vehicle records.
* Maintaining accurate internal records and updating booking systems.
* Providing day to day support to the operational and management teams.
We’re looking for:
* Strong administrative background (asbestos industry experience helpful but not essential).
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal CRM/booking systems.
* Strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
