Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £95 – £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in inclusive schools across Gainsborough. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to supporting children with varying learning needs to thrive in education.
Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 academic or emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
* Support the teacher in maintaining a focused classroom environment.
* Modify learning resources and adapt materials as needed.
* Encourage pupil engagement, participation, and progress.
* Assist with behaviour management and routine classroom duties.
Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:
* Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Compassionate and flexible attitude.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* An up-to-date CV covering 10 years, with any gaps explained.
