We’re on the market for a new Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Green Man in Fownhope. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Chef to join the Kitchen team.
The Green Man is a well-established gastro‑pub located in Herefordshire and is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs, offering over 35 other premium venues nationwide. The pub is well‑known for serving an amazing quality of British classics, all made from scratch, in a well‑stocked kitchen.
The Head Chef Sam and Sous Chef Jamie have been with us for a while. They are now looking for someone special to join their team.
