Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - M4 Corridor- Up to £45,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering the M4 corridor region.
CBW are currently recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* General building fabric
* Monitor mechanical plant
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
* 08 : 00am to 17 : 00pm
Requirements
* Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3 (Required)
* City & Guilds - 17 / 18th Edition (Required)
* Inspection & Testing 2391 (Desirable)
* LVAP (Desirable)
* HVAP (Desirable)
* A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
* Excellent customer service skills
* Happy to cover a large site
* Honest, hard working and reliable
Package
* Up to £45,000 per annum
* Overtime available
