Toyota Hampton is looking for a certified Toyota technician to join our team as a shop foreman. Experience is necessary. You will lead other technicians, manage daily operations, and ensure high‑quality service.

Responsibilities
* Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
* Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
* Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs; complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
* Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience as an auto technician.
* Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
* Fast learner.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Team leadership experience.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
* Valid driver’s license.
* A.S.E. certifications and a state inspector’s license a plus.
