Key Responsibilities
* Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education for children from birth to five
* Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
* Building secure, nurturing relationships with children across all age groups
* Observing and documenting childrens learning and development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
* Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment at all times
* Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nurserys high standards of practice
