What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
* Conducting title checks, preparing contract packs, and reviewing searches
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
* Providing clear, timely updates and maintaining excellent client communication
What They're Looking For
* Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and client care abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A proactive and commercially aware approach
