About the role We’re lookin g for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. In this mid-level position within our Delivery team, you will work closely with in-house teams and clients to deliver projects, ensuring high quality outcomes, and timeliness of delivery. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering web, mobile, and digital experience projects for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and understands the unique regulatory challenges of healthcare communications. You will act as the day to day contact across a retained client or across small to medium fixed projects in terms of project management/delivery. You’ll partner with client service and will have the support of our experienced team and contractors. You will manage digital products — apps, websites, services and other tools - and you’ll collaborate with our in-house teams of business and UX strategists, researchers and designers to deliver them. Key responsibilities Responsible for the Schedule of Work (SOW) from concept through delivery; reviewing regularly, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop detailed project schedules and risk assessments, and resource plans. Planning, scheduling and supporting resource management of your project to ensure agreed outputs are delivered within the timeframe given Working closely with our internal team, contractors, external suppliers and partners to deliver high quality work that delights our customers Running client kick off meetings informing on the delivery elements - timelines, costs, ways of working, risks/assumptions/dependencies Facilitating, documenting, planning and executing Sprint Ceremonies with the team - Stand ups, Sprint planning, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Retrospective - to ensure clear project communications and smooth execution Authoring project documentation and reporting to the wider business Maintaining (and improving) the standards of project documentation and ensuring that templates are kept up to date and consistently used by all team members. Day to day management of Jira - creating and managing tickets and providing status updates Attending all key meetings/status calls - facilitating and documenting Management of day-to-day client contact for status updates, timelines, and deliverables - escalating difficult client conversations to a senior or client service Managing budget, scope and risks Updating the agency wide revenue tracker with recognised revenue data Reporting to clients on project and/or sprint progress, budget burn rates, risks/mitigation plans, blockers and impact to top level roadmaps Conducting an end of project analysis and retro Track budgets, costs, and profitability across multiple projects and p rovide accurate forecasting and financial reporting to the senior team Requirements 3-4 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency setting Proven track record managing web, UX/UI, or digital marketing projects.
