Junior Sous role available with High End Dining Pub & Restaurant
Our Client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end diniing pub in the Stow-on-the wold area of the Cotswolds. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to AA rosette standard for the restaurant and private functions. The role is a 48 hour 4 day week with excellent career development and benefits.

The Role -
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients
Preparing and plating for restaurant and bar

Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
Have experience of working in a fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchen ideally to AA rosette levels
Ambitious to work in top kitchen
