Building Services Manager
An established Tier 1 main contractor, known for delivering high-quality residential and regeneration projects across the South East, is looking to appoint a Building Services Manager to oversee MEP delivery across multiple live and upcoming schemes. With a strong reputation for community-driven development and long-term public sector partnerships, the business delivers large-scale housing and mixed-use schemes ranging from £30 million to £50 million in value.
The role is ideal for a technically strong, well-organised building services professional who can manage multiple projects at different stages, while being based within commuting distance of Basingstoke.
The Role
As Building Services Manager, you will take responsibility for MEP coordination and technical delivery across multiple residential schemes, supporting project teams from early design through to commissioning and handover. This is a regional role involving a blend of site visits, head office time, and remote working, depending on project needs.
