Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including technically complex engagements
* Act as a trusted business adviser to owner-managers, providing both business and personal insights
* Take overall responsibility for client engagements, including planning, resourcing and delivery
* Manage the end-to-end audit process, ensuring assignments are delivered on time and within budget
* Allocate work effectively across the team and maintain high standards of client service
* Review audit work and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Analyse complex business situations to identify key risks, issues and priorities
* Coach, mentor and develop junior team members to support their professional growth
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
About you
* Excellent working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
* Proven experience auditing clients across a range of industries
* Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial client portfolio
* Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring teams
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
