They will be a key influencer both within the HR function and with Management and other colleagues across the business.Working closely with the Head of HR NI/UK and other HR colleagues, the HR Business Partner will support a consistent and transparent adoption of people policies and practices across the business. They will have responsibility for promoting HR policies and systems as part of the Company’s People Strategy for talent attraction, development and retention.The PersonThe role requires a candidate to have gained a third level degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD Level 7 qualification. Candidates must have several years’ relevant experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Experience within FMCG/Manufacturing would be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will also have experience of working in a fast-paced challenging environment managing multiple projects.The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with an inquisitive and questioning mindset. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgement and effectively problem solve. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team player attributes.
