Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate and supervise facility-related projects, including renovations and improvements.
* Develop and manage budgets related to facility operations.
* Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.
* Implement and maintain an effective preventive maintenance programme.
* Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
