We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic After school club Supervisor to run our after school provision at Broadwindsor Primary School. Start date: 3 rd September 2025 3.15pm – 6.15pm Monday to Friday Total hours per week = 15 Fixed term appointment The successful applicant will need to be able to fully commit to the role. The main responsibilities and duties are: To prepare activities and organise resources for each session To lead the team in offering high quality after school care provision and attend meetings as appropriate To be involved in the development of other staff including training, assessment, monitoring and supervision. Keep records as appropriate. Be responsible for the care, presentation, display, safety, organisation and appearance of the facilities and equipment. Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children any young people in accordance with the school’s safeguarding and child protection policy. The successful candidate must have the required experience for this role; Experience in supporting wrap around care (breakfast or after school clubs) Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification. Hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.
