We are seeking a passionate Design & Technology Teacher to work a fixed term contract at one of our secondary schools in North Yorkshire. This school is situated 12 miles north of York. We are open to both early career teachers and experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Have experience in teaching product design & woodwork
Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Support students' academic and personal development through individualised instruction and guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Design & Technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
