My client is a well established FMCG business and they are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Management Accountant with extensive Sage experience to play a vital part in driving best practices, streamlining processes, and supporting continuous improvement across the finance function. The Finance Manager provides day-to-day guidance and mentoring to the Finance and Accounts teams, ensuring routine tasks are completed accurately and on time, while supporting the team in achieving both individual and collective goals — all whilst effectively managing their own workload. They also provide cover during periods of absence or holiday to ensure the smooth running of critical finance operations. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive “will do” attitude, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently with colleagues at all levels across the business.
