3. Oversee the commercial performance of all works, including quotation development, cost control, change management and financial reporting, ensuring margin protection and value optimisation.
4. Develop and maintain delivery plans across both high-volume small works and structured projects, balancing programme requirements with operational constraints.
5. Procure, appoint and manage supply chain partners, ensuring capability, compliance and performance align with EMCOR standards and client expectations.

8. Review and approve RAMS and delivery documentation, ensuring works are planned and executed safely whether delivered internally or through the supply chain.
9. Coordinate closely with operational teams and administrators to enable effective delivery, including access planning, out-of-hours working and stakeholder coordination
10. Maintain accurate and auditable project records, supporting governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
11. Contribute to the ongoing development of small works and project delivery processes, improving consistency, efficiency and client outcomes.
Who you'll be:
12. Demonstrable experience managing both projects and small works within an FM, M&E, construction or engineering environment.
13. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing planned project delivery with reactive and short-duration works.
