Managing probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates. Advising clients on estate planning to ensure the efficient transfer of wealth and assets. Handling complex estate planning cases involving trusts and related legal matters. Assisting clients with contested probate cases, providing expert advice and representation where disputes arise. Providing compassionate and professional advice to clients during emotionally challenging times. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and contact, offering tailored advice and solutions. Help drive the department forward. The successful applicant will ideally have: Experience in all aspects of private client work Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel
