The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning
* Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum across KS3, KS4, and KS5
* Raise attainment and progress through strategic leadership and effective intervention
* Support, coach, and develop staff within the department
* Use data intelligently to monitor performance and drive improvement
* Promote a love of mathematics through enrichment opportunities and wider participation
* Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and its leadership culture
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong subject knowledge
* Has successful middle or senior leadership experience within a secondary setting
* Has a proven track record of raising achievement in Mathematics
* Is passionate about delivering an exceptional education for every student
* Has excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Can motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
