Our client is currently looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development in West London.
Position: Day Concierge
Salary: £29,000 per annum + bonus
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am-7pm
Job type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: South West London
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
Assisting residents with day to day queries.
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Previous experience working in high-end residential buildings or hotels is required.
