We're looking for a Linux Technical Consultant to manage, optimize, and scale HPC clusters, ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency. You'll collaborate with researchers and engineers to drive innovation and support data-intensive simulations that push the boundaries of technology.
What You'll Do:
* Design, deploy, and maintain HPC clusters for peak performance.
* Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
* Optimize parallel computing workloads and support high-end applications.
* Implement security measures and maintain compliance with industry standards.
* Stay up-to-date with HPC, Linux, and virtualization advancements.
Must-Have Skills:
* Linux system administration & shell scripting
* HPC experience: Slurm, Torque, OpenMPI, GPFS, Lustre
* Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall management
* Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have:
* Containerization & virtualization: Docker, Kubernetes
* Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and accelerated HPC workloads
