Technical Coordinator
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
LOCATION: Montrose
Role Responsibilities
* Support the Technical Compliance Manager with delivery of PPMs and third‑party contractor works
* Assist with compliance of statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring competence and performance of external resources
* Ensure third‑party suppliers provide Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS
* Ensure statutory maintenance activities are completed in line with GSK and contractual requirements
* Maintain and update the MERP maintenance planning system
* Coordinate, plan, and track technical activities for planned and corrective works
* Meet and greet technical third‑party suppliers
* Request and raise quotes for corrective works and raise Purchase Orders
* Maintain structured filing systems including qualifications, SLAs and reports
* Keep accurate Legionella L8 records
* Maintain contractor training matrices and equipment registers
* Provide input to supervisors and managers on supplier breakdowns and progress reports
Required Qualifications
* Strong understanding of statutory technical requirements
* Experience in regulated environments
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Understanding of risk management and HSE
* Experience with CAFM systems such as MERP, SAP or Maximo
