Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support installation teams in the delivery of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
* Ensure all works are completed to specification, compliance standards, and client expectations
* Supervise site activities, acting as Senior Installation Engineer where required
* Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate project delivery with internal departments and client stakeholders
* Occasionally project‑manage smaller installations on site or within the service department
* Travel regularly across Europe
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in security system installation, commissioning, or project engineering
* Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated systems
* Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on‑site
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* High level of professionalism with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach
* Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe
* Full UK driving licence
