Job Title: First Line IT SupportLocation: SheffieldSalary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Are you a skilled First Line IT Support professional based in Sheffield? As a First Line IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting users to ensure IT systems run smoothly. You'll be working for a growing business delivering reliable IT solutions and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
? Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system ? Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues ? Assist with user account management and permissions ? Support IT projects and system upgrades as required ? Maintain accurate documentation of support activities ? Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience and certifications required:
? Proven experience in first-line IT support ? Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems ? Basic networking knowledge ? IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA, or equivalent (beneficial) ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
