The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued success of the Family Law team. Responsibilities include:
* Advising on divorce, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
* Delivering high-quality client service while managing a busy caseload
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Meeting fee income targets and supporting departmental growth
* Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation
* Ensuring compliance with professional standards including those set by the SRA, Lexcel, Law Society, and IIP
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
* 2-6 years' PQE in Family Law
* Proven ability to manage complex and technical caseloads
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and professional presentation
* Strong time management and self-motivation
* Collaborative and client-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
* Ability to build a personal network through marketing and outreach
* Approachable and proactive in client engagement
Working Environment
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Chippenham. Hybrid working is available following completion of the probation period, offering a blend of office and remote work.
