You will manage a team of Sales Executives across your region. Description Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales professionals Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national business objectives. Drive performance through effective KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline development. Build strong, strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure service excellence.
