Job Purpose: · Manage the Mainland China DC operation to ensure the smooth and reliable end-to-end DC receiving and delivery service to support business growth, priorities, and new changes. Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team: · Ensure FTZ operation is fully compliant with customs regulations. · Monitor DC operation KPIs, analyze and propose the action plan for the failures. · Develop and review the DC capacities to improve warehouse operation productivity and accuracy. · Support site projects including new process implementation across departments, site renovation, site expansion. · Label file creation and maintenance, alignment with internal stakeholders. · Responsible for labeling system daily operation and upgrade · Enhance learning and development of the team, alignment with corporate target. · Key user for WMS & Contributer to WMS functionality upgrade · Periodically review and update SOP/WI and setup new SOP when necessary. · Monitor and manage team leaders’ daily working and year-end performance assessment. · Work closely with 3PL service vendors to secure DC daily operation and monitor KPI performance within target · Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the space utilization. · Work with DC BP team to better understand and support business requirement (on-site supervision support, emergency order support, etc.) · Work with Process & Sustainability team for process optimization · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by reinforcing daily execution. · Abnormal cases handling to reduce the impact on business. · Work with DC equipment vendors to setup maintenance service to secure daily operation. Person Specifications: · At least 5 years Distribution center or warehouse management experience · Undergraduate degree, majored in logistics, warehousing is preferred · Good in project management and time management. · Good communication skills across functional levels · Strong leadership and success in building teams and motivating team members · Good problem-solving skills · Fluent oral & written communication skills in both Mandarin and English · Advanced skills in desktop technology (e.g. Microsoft Office) and proprietary systems (e.g. WMS etc.) and ERP system. · Skill in data analysis and BI tool is a plus Key Interactions / Stakeholders: · Internal: DC BP team, Process & Sustainability team, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management, CASS, Compliance, FM, FBP product manager · Internal stakeholders: IT, Finance, Legal, CSR, Indirect Procurement, Admin etc. · External partners: 3PL warehouse and outsourcing service vendors, landlord, facility management service provider, packing material supplier
