Job Description Summary
For our GE Healthcare PDx Chief Finance Officer, we are currently looking for a Global Executive Assistant to CFO.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Proactively coordinate CFO’s schedules and effectively manage CFO’s calendar for meetings and key priorities, concerning PDx and global FLT requirements and expectations.
* Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other information materials, including follow up of actions.
* Plan, schedule and organize business meetings and travel itineraries, ensure the validity of visas and passports, prepare and reconcile expense accounts; process CFO’s travel expense in Concur timely.
* Establish and develop strong relationships with the administrative staff and secretariats of the Group, Functions to achieve good coordination and effective activities planning.
* Organize large meetings (e.g., departmental meetings, project workouts), coordinating on‑ and/or off‑site resources as required.
* Support the culture journey, recognize success and foster an environment of belonging and collaboration.
* Support CFO and Team project management and priorities and take charge of their follow‑up to ensure that commitments are met within the allotted time.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in assisting executives leading global international and diverse teams.
* Mastery of common computer tools such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Organized, rigorous, and an excellent communicator in English (oral and written), comfortable working in a complex and dynamic environment with significant change.
* Proactive improvement of day‑to‑day activities, demonstrating a forward‑looking mindset.
* Engagement and implementation of small continuous improvement projects.
* Knowledge and/or interest in LEAN methods and standard work; ability to demonstrate a LEAN mindset is an advantage.
* Comfortable working transversally with strong relationships that facilitate daily exchanges.
* Methodical, analytic decision‑making in ambiguous situations.
* Capability to safeguard highly confidential information and maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive data.
* Strong sensing skills to assess organizational engagement and serve as a coach to the manager.
Desired Characteristics
* Extensive and proven experience as an executive assistant in multinational companies and matrix organizations.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen sense of detail and precision.
* Ability to set priorities, anticipate needs and balance workload with tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
* Experience in project management.
* Fluency in English; additional language knowledge is preferable.
