Are you passionateabout maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness? At CITBPeterborough, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, andcompliant workplace by following all company, client, and statutory health andsafety guidelines. You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, fosteringpositive relationships and supporting the night cleaning team to deliveroutstanding service and maintain a safe working environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Be part of a vital teamsupporting site-wide cleaning operations, with full knowledge of all client areas and buildings.
* Champion safety and qualityby ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and stock security standards.
* Take ownership of resources, managing cleaning materials, safe storage, and correct use of company and client systems.
* Show pride in your workby maintaining excellent personal hygiene, appearance, and professional standards.
* Work collaborativelywith your Cleaning Supervisor, attend team meetings, and respond positively to feedback from customers and colleagues.
* Keep things running smoothlyby monitoring cleaning equipment, arranging repairs, and ensuring everything is safe and well-maintained.
