Whats on Offer
* Immediate start hit the ground running
* Long-term contracts 6 months + extensions available
* Competitive pay:
o £23.00 p/h Day Shift
o £25.00 p/h Night Shift
* 50+ hours per week
* Weekly pay Outside IR35
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer / Fitter (minimum 23 years)
* Background in Motorsport / F1 environments essential
* Skilled in trimming, drilling, bonding, and assembling high-quality carbon fibre components
* Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Strong work ethic and commitment to precision
