Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a multi‑workstream programme spanning Reward & Employment domains, with a strong blend of technology, process, and business-facing delivery. You'll be responsible for driving progress across five parallel workstreams, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, and Operations.
This role requires a delivery-focused PM who can operate confidently in a complex environment, manage ambiguity, and keep multiple teams aligned on scope, milestones, and outcomes.
This role is based in Edinburgh.
This role will be Via Umbrella.
Working in a Hybrid Model of 2 days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate five active workstreams, ensuring progress, risk management, and alignment to overall programme objectives.
2. Act as the central point of contact between technology teams, HR/Reward, Employment Policy, and business units.
3. Manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders and domain experts.
4. Work closely with ServiceNow product owners, developers, and platform teams to ensure requirements, design decisions, and change processes flow effectively across workstreams.
5. Establish and maintain robust project controls: RAID logs, delivery plans, dependency tracking, status reporting.
6. Facilitate workshops, clarify requirements, and ensure consistent communication across functions.
7. Drive timely delivery of milestones while managing competing priorities.
8. Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting are maintained to a high professional standard.
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cross‑functional technology or HR transformation programmes.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured and disciplined way.
11. Experience working with or alongside ServiceNow teams (HRSD experience highly beneficial).
12. Skilled at communicating with business and technical stakeholders, translating between both where necessary.
13. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
14. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Self-starter with strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
