We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute mid-sized projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Location Wimborne, UK
Your Challenge Define, launch, and drive mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects. Responsible for complex project management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Create change management methods, including ownership of documentation, communication plans, and process training.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
What You Bring Strong oral and written communication skills
Previous senior project/program management experience, ideally in an engineering environment
Line management experience, e.g., managing Project Managers or Project Administrators
Knowledge of MS Office
In-depth knowledge of process analysis, standardization, continuous improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
