Salary: £20,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent Basic IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Fundamentals) Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confident explaining IT concepts to non-technical users Full UK driving licence (required for travel between sites) ITIL Foundation, Network, or further IT certifications (desirable) Experience in education, charity, or multi-site environments (desirable) Familiarity with cloud/SaaS systems and helpdesk software (desirable) Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Set up and configure laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and user accounts Maintain accurate records using our ticketing system and escalate complex issues Support system rollouts and deliver user training Manage IT equipment inventory, procurement, and software licences Document IT solutions and contribute to policy and knowledge base updates Technologies: Cloud Hardware Support ITIL Microsoft 365 Mobile Network Windows Office 365 More: Were a friendly, values-driven organisation located across various sites in Exeter and surrounding areas.
