We are seeking experienced Principal Product Managers to lead large-scale digital transformation projects across the UK. You will oversee projects from inception to successful delivery, shaping product strategies and managing Agile programme delivery in user-centered environments.

Role Overview
As a Principal Product Manager (Consultant), your responsibilities will include:
* Leading significant consulting engagements from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery
* Shaping product strategies, developing business cases, and influencing senior stakeholders
* Driving Agile transformations and programme delivery in product-focused settings
* Managing, coaching, and developing a small team of senior professionals
* Facilitating stakeholder workshops to generate actionable outcomes
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-Level executives
* Translating complex business requirements into cost-effective solutions
* Managing project budgets and timelines, considering commercial factors
* Adapting to rapidly changing environments
* Possessing extensive experience in Product Management, User Experience, Agile, and Programme Assurance
* Having in-depth knowledge of at least two major business verticals (e.g., Telco, Financial Services, Retail)
* Experience with at least two business application environments (e.g., CRM, eCommerce)
* Communicating effectively with and mentoring C-Level stakeholders on product management best practices
* Maintaining a broad understanding of industry trends and technology
* Delivering within Agile teams and managing senior professionals
* Leading facilitation for diverse stakeholder groups
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong team management capabilities across multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Experience in digital startups or full-service digital agencies
* Background in delivering high-quality digital products and leading digital transformation initiatives
* Holding project management certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2, MSP)
* Active participation in product management communities (e.g., conferences, online groups)
