We are looking for experienced MHE Operators (HLOP and/or Paper Clamp) to join a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Kettering.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold either one or both licences, including in-house certification, as full training and development opportunities may be available.
Pay: £15.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and licences held)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MHE equipment including HLOP (High Level Order Picker) and/or Paper Clamp trucks
Pick, move, and store goods accurately and safely within the warehouse
Work at height (for HLOP operations) in line with health & safety procedures
Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and various stock types using clamp attachments where required
Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages
Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow all site health & safety procedures and operational guidelines
Requirements:
Valid MHE licence for HLOP and/or Paper Clamp (in-house certificates accepted)
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable
Confident and competent operating MHE equipment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
Working Hours:
Monday Friday
8:30am 6:00pm
