Full time Sales Administrator to provide essential support within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. This role is office based in Southam, Warwickshire.


Client Details

My client is a successful solution based manufacturing organisation based in Southam, Warwickshire looking for a Sales Administrator.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records within internal systems to support smooth sales operations.
* Provide administrative support for preparing quotations and documentation for new projects.
* Coordinate with Material Control and Warehousing teams to meet delivery schedules and achieve operational targets.
* Manage and support main customer accounts and OEM partners, ensuring consistent communication and service quality.
* Handle customer enquiries related to products, services, pricing, and order status, delivering professional and timely responses.
* Process all material sales orders-including spare parts and transmissions-ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor and track sales orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and customers are updated.
* Support the warranty claims process in close collaboration with the Service team and other internal stakeholders.
* Communicate regularly with the team in Germany to track order and delivery progress.
* Assist with broader company projects or tasks as required to support business objectives.


Candidate Profile

* Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as MS Business Central, Navision, SAP, or similar systems, and a passion for using technology to drive efficiency.
* A polished, professional telephone manner and the communication skills to represent the business brilliantly.
* Strong commercial instincts, able to recognise opportunities and support the sales process proactively.
* Highly skilled in Excel and Word, with clear, effective communication across written and verbal channels.
* Naturally organised, thriving in fast‑paced environments where multitasking and prioritising are essential.
* A technical sales background is a bonus-bringing added insight and value to the role.
* Able to commute to Southam, Warwickshire Monday to Friday.
