Role: Customer Care Assistant
1. Be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas.
2. Make children feel welcome, organise special events, and look after customers' specific needs.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
4. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
5. Establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
