Electrical Construction Manager - Central London - £300M Commercial Office Fit-Out - 12 Month Contract - up to £400 per day (CIS/Ltd)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a flagship £300 million commercial office fit‑out project located in the heart of London. This is a high‑profile development offering the opportunity to work on a landmark scheme with a leading main contractor.
The Role
As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of the electrical package on site
* Oversee and coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
* Drive health & safety compliance across all electrical activities
* Review and manage technical submittals, drawings, and specifications
* Liaise with the design team to resolve technical issues efficiently
* Monitor progress, produce reports, and communicate updates to senior project stakeholders
* Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large‑scale commercial projects
* Strong background in managing MEP/electrical packages on high‑value developments
* Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
* Solid understanding of current electrical regulations and industry standards
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills
