Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment.
* Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
* Manage inventory and assist with food production to meet customer demands.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
* Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained properly and safely used by staff.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
* Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers.
* Experience in kitchen operations or barista duties is advantageous.
