About the Associate Trainer position:
The associate trainer position is a freelance role, to deliver training courses on a contractual basis in partnership with EnergyEdge. The role offers flexibility while benefiting from our marketing, sales, and logistical support.
Qualifications
25+ years of experience in the related field.
Training and facilitation skills with an ability to connect with diverse learners.
Expertise in energy-related fields such as power generation, renewable energy and marine.
Professional presentation, public speaking, and instructional abilities tailored for both classroom and virtual settings.
Strong understanding of current energy industry challenges, trends, and the energy transition landscape.
Experience in developing customized training materials and curricula is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree, Master or Phd in related field; additional certifications in training or professional development are a plus.
